The specific implant is important! Aspirin long term may be of little harm and has been shown to have health benefits in many populations!

@ncurzen @bcis London is sorted with INRs offering 24/7. Many INR trainees coming through. More neuro centres coming online soon. Problem as much about management and bureaucracy as about a shortage of INRs.
