The paper presents a novel deep learning approach that detects shared water points in @Google Street View images. In the study area, the model processed 39 km of street network in 28 minutes, successfully detecting 36 previously unrecorded water points with 94.7% precision (2/3)

Visit to Alabel municipality in Sarangani, where USAID Safe Water supported the operationalization of a septage treatment facility, and trained farmers on adopting Sloping Agricultural Land Technology (SALT) and infiltration canals to reduce topsoil erosion/surface water runoff.

At my favorite coffee shop in Mindanao! Mr. Roger Cosio was trained by USAID's Safe Water on intercropping coffee with coconut on his farm in GenSan. Fruit tree cultivation leads to a host of watershed benefits, including carbon sequestration and reducing runoff. @DAIGlobal
