@gjmount Partially because very few people understand what intermediate would be? Basically every typical user I've talked to has called themselves 'Intermediate' ... and it's uuuuusually not accurate.

"I don't believe in beginner, intermediate, and advanced Excel." Why not? We can put nearly every field of human endeavor into this model and it's pretty useful.
