@PosteAnil @ActusDei @leading_nowhere Extract from Investor Presentation filed 1) TTM Distribution is 13.9 & last year avg price was 120, dpu yield comes to ~13.8%. Also, this an awful way to present yields to investors. Even InvIT's management don't present to us in this manner. Also, this is my last tweet on this.

@PosteAnil @ActusDei @leading_nowhere Even if you've taken last year prices, even then the calculations are incorrect. Also InvIT's are exchange traded products (Both public and private InvIT's), So please stop asking for "source". Distribution information is literally filed on exchanges every quarter.

All yields are incorrect. Indigrid - 16.1/165 = ~10% PG - 12/90 = 13.33% IRB - 7.5/60 = 12.5% Cube - 13/146 = ~9% Also please clarify for your investors benefit- dpu yield vs HTM IRR @ActusDei @leading_nowhere @PosteAnil Source - exchange filings for TRAILING 4 distributions.

A nice deep dive by @PosteAnil into InVITs & key metrics to look at while investing in them. The interest component of distributions is not tax efficient unfortunately. Holding them through mutual fund may work better. thefynprint.com/wRpdfZfRP

Everyone is hyped about Claude… but barely anyone knows how to actually use it to replace real work. I collected 700+ mega prompts that turn Claude into a full-blown productivity engine. Comment "AI" and I’ll DM you everything.

Many years back we did Due Diligence for a company called as Manpasand Beverages (saved couple of PE Funds a few hundred crores by preventing them from investing, my instinct turned out right, founder eventually went to jail for tax evasion many years later) During that DD process, I went to Patna, Samastipur of all places (coz they were the largest supplier to East Central Railways) remember the yellow coloured drinks you get in trains in the name of Mango juice) Tetra packs were expensive to produce, so it was sold PET bottles ( therefore easier to contaminate too) The distributors to the railway there was a local RJD leader, he openly got the juices from Baroda ( Manpasand HQ'ed) mixed it with their yellow color liquid made locally, repacked and sold it So when I asked Dhirubhai ( Dhirendra Singh, who rebranded himself as Dhirubhai- the Promoter of Manpasand)- he knew about this , but thats the only way to sell to Railways and it was a like 40 cr contract per year That only Bihar Trip in my life + few other reconciliation ( Receipts did not match bank statements and eventually did not reconcile with Indirect taxes paid - pre-GST days) did not add up, so I urged the funds to call Manpasand deal off, which they did TLDR- RJD is a piece of shit, who will sell their own family to make a quick buck. Only reason it existed was it propped by Lutyens and Stepehens gang and I thank the people of Bihar from bottom of the heart to have taught them a lesson 🙏🙏

Wow, well deserved wipe out MGB- Good riddance All said and done Bihar + UP are the most politically aware people in India and thanks to them, we have a stable govt in India If left to voters in my home state, WB, Kerala etc, our economy would like Venezuela and Pakistan in no time

@Finstor85 I think it would be really helpful if you write something on your substack on the nuances of the demand side wrt AI compute.

@Finstor85 Yes Ameya, one of the better questions from the past few concalls, however Tarun ji's answers have been a deterrent - they lead you nowhere and hence the conversation doesn't flow for Q's to understand the demand landscape. (My personal exp while asking him such Q's).

Listening to one concall, analyst asks since most are using LLM APIs, compute happens on foreign ground so TAM for India is not that good. This could have been a great Q to help traditional analysts know how new tech is shaping up. Unfortunately, the discussion went nowhere.
