@BBCScotlandNews The pace of change is positively glacial. We’ve known for years that change is needed. By the time this is implemented we will be nearly 10 years from Ken Muir’s report.

It's a testament to the faith and respect that Trump has earned on the world stage because of his unprecedented brokering of peace deals this year, and turning NATO around after being accused of destroying it. His peace through strength policies have worked and American allies trust America again, and our enemies fear us again.

I covered the White House for more than a decade, and never witnessed a meeting like this.

@Eddie1968K @Zachary734095 @JroWooTown Let’s hope the, albeit limited, failures don’t occur with a nuclear payload, though no doubt tell me that’s not an issue. Bottom line for me, focus on the planet we have.

Can ANYBODY explain to me like I'm a 5 year old why the fuck we need a nuclear reactor on the moon, which, by the way, we DON'T own???

@Eddie1968K @JroWooTown So how are we going to cool it, oh, and get it all there safely? Another distraction from asset stripping and destroying the planet we live on where we have breathable air, vegetation, water, etc.,

Because solar panels will only work half of every month because the moon doesn’t rotate on its axis. We will need to put solar panels on high peaks at the poles where sunlight is constant. But that leaves the rest of the moon unexplorable. Nuclear is the only way for us to power bases long-term.

@SilentSkyZero @JroWooTown Future colonisation🤦‍♂️ Maybe focus on the planet we live on and has breathable air and fix the issues with it.

@JroWooTown I'm no fan of this administration but it would provide ample energy for future colonization. We need to establish a presence there.

Wait a minute — King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands is reported to be 6’2 and change. Donald Trump says he’s 6’3. The math ain’t mathing.

@CalltoActivism Is it traditionally presidential to drop the F-bomb on live TV? No. Not at all. But is it warranted for the level of frustration he's experiencing? I suppose. Is it worth getting enraged over? Not in the slightest.

@neiltmorrison @ClimateDad77 Interesting. However it is the best guess that we can make today. Bear in mind that it was not until XVI century that the science community thought that the Sun was spinning around the Earth.

@ClimateDad77 That's very interesting, tell me something, what sort of recordkeeping did the cavemen used to track temperatures 125k years ago? Was the temp calculated in Fahrenheit or Celcius? Were the records carved into stone in caves?

Wow. Nigel Farage had nothing positive to say about the people of Wales today: Welsh people "don't have ambition"! As for his comments on steel, the people of our Aberafan Maesteg community are not fools. They know Farage is a chancer... 1/3
