@rxdazn I’ve kept my music library on an SSD for ~2 years now. Haven’t had any problems. But I don’t take that with me to gigs (less risk of loss or breaking), I take separate USBs which only contain rekordbox playlists and take backup USBs. I also backup the SSD to a HDD regularly

anyone out here switched to portable ssds for music storage/rekordbox usb? any regrets? I like the smaller form factor and transfer speed but am worried about data durability as they don't last as long as hdds

@Alesis additionally, it appears there is no MacOS support for VI* editors in MacOS Catalina, meaning Alesis stopped support for it, latest, in 2019? alesis.com/kb/article/2480

@Alesis going to the link posted in the original tweet, it appears VI61 editor is still not compatible with Big Sur, even though the next MacOS was released a year ago. I presume Alesis has stopped support for VI* editors on Mac?
