@8onfire_yt also the comparison between terraria's major updates and minecraft's major updates is unfair considering the last terraria update took like 3 years and the last minecraft update took maybe 5 months at most?

@8onfire_yt the fact we went from a year long update cycle to 3 months and still get decent content with pretty good backend changes is crazy, I think Mojang needs to put more of a spotlight on what they're doing for the backend because that's where a lot of a drop's work is clearly going

people pointing out minecraft is owned and published by microsoft as an 'own' about the time it takes for updates to come out without realizing that is exactly the reason why minecraft updates take so long will never not be funny to me.

people really want notch or his way of adding things to minecraft but we'd be in a very similar position of how the minecraft community is now in that case

Given that Magma Blocks have been part of the Sulfur Springs for a while, Geysers were definitely always part of the plan.
TNT Sulfur Cubes, on the other hand, I feel like might have actually been prompted by feedback. Remains to be seen what the devs say about it.

Even in different areas there can be regional differences with signs because culture can vary from place to place, just like how language in general is

@SlLENTPRINCESS People keep saying that and I completely fail to understand how this is not the problem of the people who use sign language. They made the languages. They didn't need to tower of babel it. There could be one, universal sign language

this initiative is actually so amazing, the only downside is that sign languages are all regional (to the point that even the same sign language can have different accents), so only americans/ASL speakers will be able to understand it
but a very good initiative nonetheless

@kingpminch because people who are deaf still deserve to feel included in the disney magic. they deserve to be able to watch a music video in their language (which is speaking with their hands). idk why this is actually a problem. where did basic human empathy go?

@kingpminch an interpretation of the song in sign language can get the point across better and be fun to watch, doesn't hurt, there's even asl interpreters at super bowl performances which gets the meaning of the song across better than captions would
