Will never direct a project for them or do business with them ever. Debating posting the email and making a series of videos just about @united and their piss poor customer service. Compelled to share this story so that others do not deal with the same nightmare I dealt with.

(2/2) - when I called their Customer Care team and showed them the email, they actually yelled at me (no joke) and said that their emails are not binding. Even if sent in error. This airline would rather do anything other than own up to their mistake. Do NOT FLY @united

@united is hands down the worst airline I've ever experienced. Consistently do the wrong thing and put their customers last. This last time - sending me an email offering to convert a flight into a transferrable credit, only to tell me the email was sent in error (1/2)

Now that Senate Majority John Thune refuses to protect election integrity, I am disgusted with my party. I will NEVER vote for a Democrat in my life, but the RINO elements destroying the Republican party are a disgrace. I am a devout follower of President Trump, and as a registered Independent will continue to vote with Republicans when they stand behind this great President and act like Republicans again. Democrats, the ragtag band of con artists and grifters that they are, manage to work together in lockstep, but getting Republicans to accomplish anything is like herding cats.
