@emm0sh @jimbelosic It was made with two photon lithography, I could have went far smaller towards single micron digits but properly imaging it would have been a pain 😅

I designed an MRI-safe torque wrench that can be printed in place in a single piece on a Fuse 1+. Doesn’t rely on friction so it keeps 0.6Nm after hundreds of cycles. It works great but has one MAJOR flaw—can anyone guess from the pictures?

@humphilomath @jwt0625 You’re not missing anything. Nano 3D printing with 2-photon absorption has the potential to disrupt or replace a lot of other nanofab techniques. It doesn’t scale to full wafer throughput, just like how the industry doesn’t use EBL at prod scale. But it’s such a good R&D tool.
