@DannPetty Give padel tennis a go. You won’t regret it. You’ll be hooked after a few tries and it’s easier to get started if you already have any racket experience. The softer play surface makes it easier on the joints. And you’ll get a solid cardio workout during a 2 hour session.

Need some advice. I’m enjoying walking 2-4 miles a day but want to do more but that alone is already 1 hour plus. Should I bike, elliptical, run, walk…? I’m 40. Former athlete. Afraid to start running and getting injured then quitting. Advice from others my age?
