@passivestar_ OMG, I made the same kind of tube (although simpler), I had an soft auto-unwrapper at the time and there were no uv-straighten tools, straightened the uvs manually to get good normal map detail, this would saved me so much time 🤯

@missfacto @gunsnrosesgirl3 Well not quite, if it really was realizing that it was putting itself through unnecessary drama and was being a drama queen, it would be screaming, it's not making any noise therefore it's just going through the motions of life, it'll later realize what it put itself through.

Diffuse + specular + ambient is basically 3 different light sources. If you add 0.5 diffuse + 0.5 ambient in gamma space, you get 1.0. If you convert first 0.5 gamma space diffuse and ambient to linear, you get 0.25 + 0.25 in linear space = 0.5. --> 0.707 in gamma != 1.0 :(

When people thing about linear vs gamma, they think NdotL difference is the big deal. Personally I think it's the addition working differently in linear vs gamma. We don't even need multiple lights for this to matter. Diffuse + specular + ambient is addition...

@IJCT_ De momento no, no se si se puede hacer en runtime, porque para compilar meshes al formato Unity, en principio se hace a traves de la API del Editor. Se podria cargar meshes en runtime, pero no se compilarian/comprimirian, haria falta cargarlos cada vez que se lanza el juego.

Check out this screenshot by @Sonikko06 he got from the YT 1080p Premium bitrate video, you can clearly seen the dithering patterns more clearly and that they are much more present, the game's graphic style is totally butchered and lost in the low res video we've been given🤦‍♂️
