Good evening everybody! It turned into a not so bad day. I hope you all had a wonderful Memorial Day! My son sent me these pictures this morning. He lives in Arlington and visited my parent’s graves at Arlington National Cemetery. It was a complete surprise but I felt so proud. I wish we were a closer family but to see him honor his grandparents in this way made me want to thank God for what we have. Our relationship is good but I know too many friends who long to connect with their children but, so far, struggle to have the type of connection they crave so dearly. This is always one of my morning prayers. To see families reunited. To see reconciliation happen. To see Satan’s attempts to break the bond between parent and child utterly defeated. And once we can bring families back together, we can work on our nation. I hope everyone has a lovely night. May God bless you and hold you close. I love you all my precious friends! 🙏❤️✝️
