@turnip_guy I wouldn't say it's a problem per se, posting a results ss does highlight a good performance. I just wish more ppl would want to show off their play too, but stream is limited and ppl who compete can't always play in ways they themselves like, so I get why it's the way it is

@nessboy12 Kind of just seems like you’re inventing problem, i think posting either seems fine. Watch the vod if you want gameplay. Posting a screenshot of results isnt indicative of what ur saying it’s indicative of imo

When a given player does well in tournament and they post ab it, youre more likely to see a screenshot of their run on supermajor than even 1 second of their gameplay and it's incredibly sad to me

@ianeveryoneelse whatever the means may be, I just wish I saw more gameplay from the people who make good runs instead of just the bracket getting a streamed set in and of itself is a luxury tho so I srsly doubt this wish will ever be fully answered

@nessboy12 people used to just post screenshots of the bracket it's no different from that

@FireThePyro ye if the names are recognizable or the run is long then I'll give it up, ik its a good performance through and through outside that, I get no further info on how they played from a post like that, so if it was a short run with names i dont know, it doesn't tell me anything

@nessboy12 i think if it was an overperformance or a fat losers run then showing the bracket path is at least as good as showing a clip. But I get thinking of it as sad if it's like a +1 SPR and it looks like a completely par run for them

@jliberty_ @imbrownonline this is a gripe I've had for a long time, never understood why people clowned others for posting solid gameplay like do we hate this game that much??

@imbrownonline I don't blame players for taking pride in winning and nothing else, I just wish more players were willing to show off their process, even if they play a top tier who isn't all that "interesting"

@imbrownonline If the sets weren't streamed then it can't be helped, but most people who do get on stream don't pull anything from it I just find it sad that people would rather highlight themselves by posting a picture saying "I did well" than posting a good play they made

@jenghi_ssb I've been reached out to for some less common brackets but ive never been asked to prereg for the locals around me If ik ab the tournament already it wouldnt rly affect me, I will either go or not go depending on how I feel. If I didn't know ab it beforehand then I'd think on it

In the seven years I've been playing this game, I've been dm'd by a TO to ask me to attend an local event once, and one dm from lammers to getting people to go. Maybe one from h3k. No TO has ever said "jenghi i would like you to prereg". Is it like this for most people too?

Played my heart out vs doramigi. He is so fucking good. I would’ve loved to play spargo again. I beat zomba, shuton and ryuoh today. I couldn’t be happier with my performance. I wanted to win but there is always a next time! I i will try even harder. 4th at the biggest Kagaribi

That was an amazing top 8 to watch in person, been a while since ive genuinely felt something watching a major top 8 but this was so fun to watch through and through Feeling inspired to keep getting better 🫡

watching kagaribi is making me really really unhappy about these three specifically. it might actually be impossible to challenge them safely, you are genuinely in disadvantage state all the time until you put them in the corner and then its neutral.

out at 257th, lost to kuroponzu and then lost g5 last hit to a hero in losers v heartbreaking way to go out but i think i did the best i could, was fun 🥲

Made it to Day 2 winners side, no games dropped! Feel like im playing amazing, my opponents were very good too so im quite proud Wish me luck tomorrow!
