@netplusofficial Very poor support. Every time a ticket is raised, your engineers just restart the modem and close it—no real fix. The issue comes back the next day. No proper troubleshooting or root cause analysis is being done. This is highly frustrating and impacting work.

@netplusofficial My VoIP landline is not working properly. When I dial a number from my landline, there is no ring tone on my phone. The called number starts ringing after a few seconds, but as soon as the call is picked up, it disconnects automatically.
