@netplusofficial Pathetic customer service by @netplusofficial . My complaint regarding no internet isn't resolved yet even after multiple complaints via mail and call.Complaints are ignored and service agents openly refuse to help customers. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service.

@netplusofficial The internet has been completely down. We are tired of making complaints—no one comes to check it, they just keep saying it will be fixed in 4–6 hours. You are providing very poor service. No one has come to check it for the past one month. And the staff is very rude.
