Anyone ever dealt with eczema with their baby? It's utterly exhausting. Can't get it to go away at all, meaning he wants to itch it, meaning he can't sleep so we have to watch him so he doesn't itch, so we don't sleep. Any tips appreciated. It's exceptionally stressful 😮💨

This @guardian chart shows how the decade of austerity disproportionately impacted local government - and within that it was the poorest areas that lost out most as they are more reliant on grant funding.
Talk of more cuts is very worrying - there are no "efficiencies" left.
