@supertylerc @joshobrien77 I like the snark, too. Because I have seen many men in leadership roles they weren’t ready for destroy entire orgs. I have had to find a new job three times because of this. Not laid off or fired, just knew what was coming and was right.

Just a thought but you would think that you would hire folks with a proven track record or at least a path that is leading towards them being capable of what you needthem to do.

@supertylerc @joshobrien77 I have never had all the criteria needed for the job when hired. It was almost always me having most the pieces and being trained on what was missing. I was an aspirational hire once and it worked out super well for my manager and me. That’s how I got into Automation, btw.
