@LeeStrong77 @younghavok You acting like you can't buy the same game at other retailers that offer it at a cheaper price
English

@younghavok No they’re not. They’re selling 8 year old games for full price and barely discount them. They created keycards which killed the ability for consumers to own real physical games.
They’re the most anti consumer by far
English

@71Duster360 @Fataldarkprince @OhNoItsAlexx But Nintendo does, they're a business, and therefore they wouldn't want to put their exclusives on PC
English

@Fataldarkprince @OhNoItsAlexx As a consumer, no. I don't care how many/less Switches Nintendo would sell.
English

Yeah, imagine all the games PC gamers would buy instead of emulate if Nintendo just put their games onto Steam

@OhNoItsAlexx No one tell him about Nintendo 👀

You don’t need money to start.
You need a system.
Most people ignore this…
That’s why they stay stuck.

Do not get why they refuse to make a permanent store in the UK

@kiittyesque @rottenorenges Until that ordinary person realises that they can't have a comfortable gaming experience with said computer due to reasons such as game incompatibility, low, stuttering frame rates, etc
English

@neugelisk @rottenorenges Wouldn't the ordinary person just get a low-mid range computer for browsing, work & gaming and spend the rest of the money on daily expenses?
English

@Orion5613 @LuigiSidekick It wasn't Doug Bowser, it was Bill Trinen that said that I believe
English

@LuigiSidekick Love the game, but probably the worst direct and Doug Bowser comment certainly help with this direct.
English

Genuinely contender for one of the worst directs ever it was just a whole bunch of nothing
Stealth@Stealth40k
The Mario Kart World Direct happened one year ago on 4/17/25. The game is in significantly better shape than it was when it launched, but I think more substantial DLC would be welcome. New characters, courses, missions, modes...
English

@AnAverageGamerX I've noticed this too as well. Interestingly, I realised the interest for this game decreased across social media when they announced the switch 2 version
English

@kiittyesque @rottenorenges But if they wanted to fulfil their gaming needs and have adequate performance, they'd probably need to get at least a £1400 PC. That leaves the alternatives being 2 consoles which are above 500 and apparently affordable, or a console that's below 500 and is apparently expensive
English

@neugelisk @rottenorenges I'd argue gaming consoles aren't that common at all. Most people use their laptops or pcs that are versatile enough for work and daily use that there's no need for an expensive console, when you already have a device that fills all criteria you need.
