I’ve been fortunate to not have a strong need to be tested for the majority of the pandemic, so I’m probably just discovering something that most people discovered months ago, but it’s been a year, how is there still so little information/access/capacity.

I see that there’s a public test site at JFK, a short drive for me, no phone number listed, some google searching uncovers that they do max 250 tests a day

My friend was in a @lyft where the driver refused to wear a mask. When my friend asked the driver to put a mask on, the driver left him on the side of the road and SPAT ON HIM. Lyft’s customer service response was only: “we’re taking care of it!”
