@grumpyduchess_ When them use to visit kgn them always bring something from them farm fi mi. And all a this because I answered the work phone and listen to them pouring their hearts out. They said I am the only person they ever tlk to from they have been here and feel so hopeful.

@grumpyduchess_ I help women who got married to a Jamaican and even have kids but they had no status to adjust because they came on boats. This was making it difficult for them to get papers. My advice to them was, gather uno church family them a few community members and get some letters

Some came here on boats. One that I was speaking to just this morning did not go back after his contract ended he fixed electronics and appliances for staff to feed himself until he sorted out his citizenship and got rehired.

@grumpyduchess_ Many of them don't want to go back home, so they stayed in Jamaica and got direct employment through the various regional bodies. So, yes they want to be freed.
