Baby Keem says Ca$ino was almost a completely different album until he took a trip to get inspired: “I trapped myself in a room…I was rapping about these old experiences so much that I forgot to live new ones…There was a point in the album where I was like ‘I’m going to redo this.’ I took a break…and it worked. I went to a couple places in Europe…And I came back and that’s where you get a record like ‘Dramatic Girl,’ ‘Birds & The Bees,’ and ‘Ca$ino.’” Via @neweryork

Baby Keem on his Grandma still seeing him as a kid after making it in life: “It's funny, she would give me the cliff notes of everything I would do too. And then she would be like, ‘Tell Kendrick that when y'all running around on stage on family ties to make sure that he don't fall.’ You could tell she just saw the same little kid on the stage. So that's why our relationship, it's pure.”
