If you had told me 10 years ago that a billionaire would accuse humans of drinking too much water in 2026 because data centres need it to power the AI tech that is now threatening our entire way of life, I would have told you to write a better Bond villain, because wtf?

Yall think this is funny but it’s truly sad. A man could literally be dying and still have enough energy to sexually assault a woman trying to save his life.

When I was 13, a boy at school wouldn't stop touching me inappropriately. I told him off. I pushed him away. He didn’t care. One day at recess, he snuck up behind me, pulled my shirt up, and yanked my skirt down. Everyone laughed. So, I turned around and kicked him straight in the nuts. He dropped to the floor, screaming and crying. A teacher ran over, completely furious... at me. "What is wrong with you?!" she yelled. "You hurt him! He might have problems having kids in the future!" I looked her dead in the eye and said: "Good. I hope he remembers not to touch girls without permission." My parents were called to school. The boy harassed me, I retaliated, and the school blamed me. For those asking: Luckily, my mom went to the school and absolutely gave them hell. But this was 20 years ago, and the school's mentality was incredibly backward. They completely twisted the narrative; they labeled me as the aggressive bully and the teacher hated me from that day on. They actually claimed it was "unprovoked" and that I must have done something to invite it. Like wearing a skirt meant it was my fault. I even ended up getting punished for it anyway. People think the boy is the obvious villain here, but to me, the real villain was the teacher who chose to protect a harasser instead of a 13-year-old girl.

My grandmother’s nursing home costs $9,200 a month. Medicare covers none of it. My mom is paying out of her own retirement to keep her there. Which means my mom won’t have enough saved when she retires. Which means in 20 years I’ll be doing the same thing for her. Nobody plans for this. The system just assumes someone in the family will absorb it. It’s usually a daughter.

And yet nothing ever happens to him or any of the other powerful men just like him.
