Because it doesn't scale, the vast majority of users have no choice but to go through a custodian.
And with the custodian, it's Blackrock.
He says he gave a conference in 2016 or 2017 in French explaining that if Bitcoin didn't scale, this is exactly what would happen. More than ten years later, it's exactly what happened.
