Met a Costco store worker on the golf course Said if people started working there - staff in the store - not management -pre 2000 especially They are retiring with millions in stock / 401k. A lot of them would have even more if Costco hadn’t required their 401k investments be not just COST stock Plus they get a pension However now - they’re struggling to hire workers because everyone else has raised wages and Costco isn’t paying more to be competitive

I really want to love meal kit services but they’re all too high in fat and too low in protein. I want 55-70g of protein per serving and under 20g of fat. Kettlebell Kitchen was the best until they shut down. Are there any good options out there?
