@bsegs13 @PistolMyPete That’s completely unfair to him tho. Jax is literally on a generational run. For as great as OSU wrestling has been this is still the first time ever to have 4 freshman all American. I love that the standard is rising but that shouldn’t come without guys being able to grow

@ngslider @PistolMyPete The issue is that the “freshman” standard has been elevated with Jax, Vega, and Robideau. I think the frustration comes from the success of them in comparison. Just like football, it’s good that people are disappointed when the standard is not upheld but wrestling is insane.

Only thing I’ll say about Dee, give him some grace. We all know he has the talent and thats why we’re frustrated. He’s young, give DT and co. The off season to work with him and give him next year before you write him off. Also remember. HES A KID, what you say on here has an 1/2

SGA will win MVP again, which is completely uninspiring. His flopping sucks, he's not a great passer, rebounder or defender, yet none of these weaknesses really matter because his team has so much depth. He's never shown he can carry a team that isn't loaded, and he had chances to do so for several years! Great player in a great situation, but at this point, his resumé is more impressive than the actual player.
