NEW: Tulane University police fatally shoot man who allegedly shot two people on campus On Thursday outside Tulane Medical School in New Orleans, 38-year-old Lafimmas Leevon Haynes shot and critically wounded two people. A male Tulane University Police officer approached Haynes and a struggle ensued. Bodycam and bystander video shows Haynes reaching for the officer’s gun. A female TUPD officer then fired three shots, fatally striking Haynes. A gun was recovered at the scene. Haynes’ family is demanding answers, with relatives questioning why officers did not use a taser instead of deadly force and calling for the female officer to lose her job. The NOPD Force Investigation Team is reviewing the incident.

BREAKING: Dallas police release bodycam video of fatal shooting of Jasmine Crockett’s security guard in hospital garage Diamon Robinson, aka Mike King, was shot dead by Dallas police late Wednesday in the Children’s Hospital parking garage. Robinson was a longtime security guard for Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett and owned Off Duty Police Services, which hired off-duty DPD officers. He had a criminal history including theft, probation violation, tampering with government records, and an active warrant for theft of checks. Sources say police were serving a warrant for impersonating a law enforcement officer. Officers followed him to the garage where he barricaded himself in a vehicle. SWAT deployed tear gas to end the standoff. Bodycam shows Robinson exiting the vehicle and pointing a firearm at officers, who then fired. No officers were injured.

A trial date has finally been set. Two Canton police officers will face a jury on April 20 for the death of 53-year-old Frank Tyson. Frank said "I can't breathe" and laid motionless on the floor for over five minutes before officers checked for a pulse. The Stark County Coroner ruled his death a homicide. We have been fighting for Frank and his family and we will not stop!
