@ASOS_Menswear sent a return of over £300 1 months ago. No refund issued. Got in contact with ASOS customer service to be told they’ll issue it in 10days. No compensation or small voucher. Check your returns guys are refunded as this is the 3rd time now. SCAMMERS

@easyJet Booked flight from BHX to GVA 01/03/24 5:55pm. 3hr delay 9:05pm exp 11:36pm. Once on aircraft get told GVA closes at 11:30pm. Diverted to LYS to then get coach to GVA. Coach driver falls asleep at the wheel ‘TWICE’ driving through French Alps. Dumped at GVA 4am. VILE

@easyJetholidays last week boarded a 4hour delayed flight to Geneva. Then be told we now going to Lyon. Got on an organised coach once arriving in Lyon. Coach driver decides to take a sleep at the wheel ‘twice’. Then was dumped at 4am in Geneva. 7.5hrs later #easydeathjetholidays

@marksandspencer how does you customer service department operate. I made a complaint last week and have heard 0 back! Shameful for such a reputable company.
