@GeorgeKamel For someone that does not rent, maybe they live at a home with parents or an older sibling potentially. They don’t have 100% down, but they do have a 20% down, on a 15 year fixed, and are ready to buy a home. How does that person qualify for manual underwriting?

There are lenders across the country that do manual underwriting and no-score loans. Don’t tell me it’s not possible, my wife and I bought a home with no credit score in 2019.

@helloitslynne @Andyshooter1 London to Boston on their A330-900 Neo plane this past February 2024. There was also a 30% Virgin transfer bonus with Chase in Spring 2023 when booked. Normally woulda been 48.5k. Economy flight was $300 with points but only $800 for the business class flight. Highly recommend!

Broke people ask, “How much down, how much a month?” Wealthy people ask, “How much?” That’s it. That should be where the question ends. If you can’t afford it in full, today, you shouldn’t buy it.

@SobbeTom @GeorgeKamel Tell me how the average person will get a home with a 0 credit score. It cannot be done. I will wait for an explanation.

Your credit score has nothing to do with your income, your net worth, or how much money you have in the bank. If you get a huge raise, or you inherit a million dollars, it wouldn't impact your score one bit. A credit score only represents your relationship with debt. It’s based solely on how much you play kissy-face with lenders. It’s really an “I love debt” score because all it tells you is how good you are at borrowing money and paying it back.
