@ErinnFL I tried using orange tamarind chicken thighs with scallions stuffed in the middle. It tastes great but I could have sculped them better! 😂. Two exploded. Two on the left are plain for the kids.

I don’t know if this is actually a thing in Japan or not but I saw some black yaki onigiri and I decided to try and make it. I used squid ink rice with fermented black garlic for that deep umami punch. Stuffed some with pulled barbecue chicken, green onions and fresh ginger, glazed in Japanese barbecue sauce 🔥🍙

@niceview111 @Yoshi49455035 To my understanding, yes. $4 a gallon gas killed the company off years ago. As to if someone bought the solid assets and intellectual property of that defunct corporation, I couldn't possibly say, but it's likely, but those vehicles haven't been produced in many years.
