• Constant student behavior issues

Great news! Congress is proposing a bill for public school teachers that will mandate starting base salaries of $60,000, plus a $50,000 signing bonus, overtime pay of 25% of their base salary, and student loan forgiveness of up to $60,000!
Just kidding. That’s the federally mandated compensation package for an ICE agent.

every school should have a "fix-it lab" where students learn to repair their clothes, bikes and electronics. we should grow up knowing that not everything is disposable, that care and repair are part of living well on this planet.

Liar. He does not support or help public school teachers. He actually makes their job harder. He withheld teacher raises until he could pass his school voucher scam. He burdens public schools with numerous laws and mandates, while providing vouchers to private schools that are exempt from following the same rules. Abbott is a phony!
