It’s been great to see how well the Virtual Le Mans event has grown since it started during lockdown, seeing two reigning real world champions really engaging with it was pretty special.

@Kerry350 That was the worst bit for me as well, I’d just got back to beating my pre-lockdown numbers and then did nothing for 7 weeks and had to start again. You’ll easily make it next year if you can’t make qualifying. Might be surprised how much strength you maintain, I was!

Nausea is kicking my ass. It’s the Covid symptom I haven’t shifted weeks on. It’s getting worse which is…unpleasant. Specific foods don’t help. Tried Metoclopramide, didn’t help. Could do Huel holding my nose for a bit, but no longer. And now liquids are causing nausea 🤔

@Kerry350 I couldn’t do toast, I had no sense of taste so it was weird 😅 fizzy drinks and rice crispy squares basically was my diet for a week. It will eventually ease though, I had to train lighter for a month but back progressing again. Hope it’s a speedy recovery!

@nicholassmith Thanks for the info. Really glad you’re better now ❤️ I’ve dropped 2.8kg in 11 days so far, it’s pants. Managed one slice of plain toast this morning 😩 I’ll try some sugary drinks — I’m not fussed about healthy at the moment, just energy.
