@TicketmasterCS I bought tickets back on 3rd July (2022) & they are no longer showing up on my ‘upcoming events’ on my ticketmaster app or on the website - why is this?? 😤

@lolprinses @TicketmasterCS Advised that the ‘system is updating’ & all will be fine & my tickets will show up again at least 5 days before the event… 🤷🏻‍♀️🙄

@TicketmasterUK @TicketmasterCS trying to use your live web chat - is it customary to not respond to someone for over an hour?! This is a joke! All I want are my tickets - that I have paid for! If my tickets aren’t sent to me I will be taking this further. Appalling service.

@TicketmasterCS I’ve received responses from my requests - but not answers that actually help or answer the questions I have asked! My event is on Tuesday - 3 days away - id say that should be quite far up the priority queue?

@nicjs85 Our queries are being prioritised based on when the events are taking place so if you’ve submitted a request and received a service ticket number you’ll receive a resolution before the event. Thanks!
