The problem is their receivers are extremely limited — no big boy route trees, no proven man-beaters — and Kelce’s age nearly matches his jersey number. Defense year over year has proven to be less sticky than offense too. So you’d think continuing to give the best QB in football everything he needs and more would be the most dependable path forward.

The Chiefs decided to give Steve Spagnuolo 3 top 40 picks and Patrick Mahomes 0. That’s fine, but there are no excuses next year. Especially with three vets having huge contracts. Also, the bulk of FA was dedicated to D (Tonga, Alohi, Kader). This defense better be excellent.

12 year old girl shows up in labor at Tulsa hospital with her 24 year old boyfriend. A 24-year-old man arrived at a medical center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, accompanying a 12-year-old girl who was in active labor. Recognizing the critical nature of the situation and the age of the child, hospital staff immediately contacted Tulsa PD. The subsequent investigation revealed that the two had been living together and that the girl had become pregnant at the age of 11. The investigation shows that the girl had family members that were pushing for them to have a relationship and a baby together. The man, identified as Juan Miranda-Jara, was arrested and charged with r@pe first-degree offense, as that is the law in Oklahoma. The legal age of consent is 16 in that state. The mother of the girl Desiree Castaneda was the former girlfriend of Juan Miranda-Jara. When she ended the relationship with him, she is the one that encouraged Juan and the girl to date. Juan entered a guilty plea and received a 40-year prison sentence. In addition the girl’s mother, Desiree Castaneda, also faced legal action for her role in the living situation. She was charged with neglect and sentenced to 15 years for failing to protect her daughter. While the mother and the girl are confirmed as US citizens, there is no information in the public record or official news reports regarding the immigration status of Juan Miranda-Jara. The girl and the new baby were taken into custody of DHS and no public records are avaliable beyond that info.
