I've used Claude Code to build 20+ projects in the last 6 months. Thousands of new users across them. And I've never written a single line of code.
I just dropped a 24-min video with my top 10 tips for non-developers — the exact playbook I use every day to run multiple AI agents that handle work that used to take me a full week.
This is the best beginner guide to learning and building with Claude Code out right now. Every tutorial I found assumes you're a developer. This one doesn't.
I cover everything from first install to running multi-agent workflows — with live demos and real examples for every single tip. How I set up new projects, how I got Claude to match my writing style, how I automate repeatable workflows with one command, and how I run multiple agents working on different tasks at the same time.
I also built a full resource repo to go alongside the video — curated video tutorials, the best skill libraries, plugin directories, MCP server guides, written docs, community links, and a starter CLAUDE.md template you can copy-paste into your first project today.
Comment "GUIDE" and I'll send you the full guide with everything you need to learn Claude Code!
(make sure we're connected so I can DM you)

I don’t really do Christmas letters.
But if I did, it’d be something like this: open.substack.com/pub/howtobebet…

@PhilMackey Ironically, this will be a prime example of a team failing a young quarterback.
No excuse at that moment in a game to call a play that leaves your inexperienced QBs exposed to an unblocked Brian Burns.
Asinine play call. KO may have just cost JJM his career as a starting QB.

Season over for JJ McCarthy?
If so, the Vikings will only have 8.5 games of sample size to work with (over 2 years) when deciding how to proceed at QB this offseason.

#Vikings QB JJ McCarthy suffered a hand injury and will NOT return vs. the Giants.

@SMBjourney Moo.
The Soft Touch Super cards feel incredible and make an impression every time I give one out. Literally, every time people remark how nice they are.
The card is a demonstration of the quality & intentionality I want people to expect when they hire me.

In any endeavor, there's a big difference between just building and building with style.
Profit and beauty aren't mutually exclusive—and in fact, the latter results in more of the former in the long run.
More importantly, doing things with style is far more satisfying.

We used to build homes with soul. Now we build garages with sleeping quarters. 1920 > 2020. We are doing it wrong.

Bought a house today! Another step toward building the life we want in our hometown.
Thank you @cashrulesNC for repping us on the buy side. Now let’s see your magic work on the sell side. No pressure!
Ryan and I met on the everything app btw. Add real estate $ to the 𝕏 stack.

@jayclouse I never realized this was a thing! Thanks for the tip!

@SMBjourney It feels like such a juvenile issue to have in my mid-30s, but the struggle is real. Haha.
I’ve got to be extra careful around added sugar in bread, buns, and things like bars or yogurt.
Even just those little bits send my cravings into overdrive.
English

@nick_auf I’m addicted to sugar too. Gave up sugary drinks last week and still craving them. Only relief is that I still consume sugar in things I eat

I consider myself a reasonably mature, competent, & rational person.
But I also struggle with a sugar addiction. I have to work shockingly hard to resist my cravings for sweets.
Now, I can confidently counsel people through marriage issues, help them purchase homes, and even raise my own kids.
But sugar? That's the enemy I struggle most frequently to conquer.
I can't make it make sense.
English

@JustinHorsch It doesn’t help matters that nearly EVERYTHING today has added sugar.
