@AmazonHelp Will do. I just wanted to give the feedback that I think Intelcom can do much better. I only learn they are no longer coming after checking the tracking link myself. Some explanation about what keeps going wrong leading them to cancel would have been appreciated

Sometimes #Amazon makes processes so simple. This time, I'm just trying to return something. Seemed simple enough at first... #Intelcom is supposed to come pick up the item from me. The problem is that it's now 3 times that they say they are coming within 3h and simply cancel EOD

@AmazonHelp I get running behind schedule and not being able to make it, but for it to happen the same way 3x has made me lose faith they'll ever actually come before the return deadline. It's wasting time an energy. It's strange they say they'll come by within 3h only to cancel hours later

@AmazonHelp I already reached out via chat. It's amazon.ca. In the end, because I don't want to keep waiting around for Intelcom just for them to cancel hours later again and again (3x already), I'm just going to take it to the post office myself.

Why can't I make a thread in a @MicrosoftTeams chat? I can make them in Channels, why not in chats? I spend more time DMing individuals and sometimes I develop a backlog of responses pertaining to different things and it's a headache to piece together. Whyyyyyyyy #msteams #rant
