Saying “no” is something I want to work on. We are prompted with some many “things” we don’t want to do yet we say yes because we feel as we should. We only have a finite amount of time alive and using it to do things we could’ve said no to is a waste of it.

Don't wait until January 1st to start achieving your goals. Today is the perfect day to begin and any thoughts that might be holding you back are imaginary.

i worked 60ish hours a week on youtube from 16-22 years old i have people i grew up with who just graduated college saying "im lucky" or "atleast u make money playing video games thats so easy" no, instead of partying every weekend at a house party in high school and then joining a frat and drinking everyday during college i chose to work hard and work solely on myself. so yes , i have the conveniences of working from home and enjoying my life as of right now. but no it was not easy, i chose my future and you chose yours.

I can’t tell you how many times I don’t feel like training and tell myself, “I’ll just do one set and see how I feel.” You would think it would stop working at some point, but I almost always end up doing the whole workout. Just start. Do a little and see what happens.

People who say “I don’t have enough time” expect to be able to do everything within the same time frame. Sacrifice is your answer. Want to become healthier? Take that hour you spend watching TV and get some exercise in. Want to become smarter? Study instead of doom scroll.

Too many expect extraordinary results from average effort. If you think you can achieve greatness by doing the bare minimum, here’s your wake-up call: it won’t happen. Want better results? Research, try, fail, and repeat. Outwork the competition every single day.

CHILLS. I’ve waited my entire life to see my name on the screen during a Survivor intro sequence. Crazy that I’m the first “Sam” to play this game. #Survivor47

"Fear is a mile wide and an inch deep." - @AlexHormozi Just recorded my first podcast with a guest I had no prior connection with, and I was nervous about navigating it. But stepping into that fear led to an amazing episode—proof that the unknown is where growth happens.

Tee shot was in the middle of the fairway. Opponent was walking to his ball. I approach my ball and hit it about 4 yds in front of me. I pick my bag up so fast and run to it(to act like I didn’t hit). Opponent turns around says “Did you hit?” Me sad af: yea…🥲

Can everyone please share their favorite high school golf memories? Mine include: - a teammate who wore a Burger King cardboard crown during matches - early dismissals to shoot 48 on 9 holes - pulling up to golf courses on the team bus while blasting Maui Wowie by Kid Cudi

Something that could drastically change your progress in the gym is exercise sequencing. By simply putting certain muscle groups first, you will see better growth in that muscle group.

You know you’re getting old when the most exciting part of turning 25 is no longer having to pay the young renter fee for rental cars.

It’s amazing how liberating something that you fear can be once you actually experience it. It’s open your mind to things you could never imagine. It allows you to realize that things aren’t what they seem, and if it happens, oh well, move on. Don’t keep digging your own grave.
