You know when an airline puts you in a line to board your flight with no access to toilets or refreshments for over an hour with no information but expects you to just suck it up… very poor @easyJet very very poor.

@AmericanAir your customer service is a joke. You’ve messed up so many times today and take zero responsibility. What’s the point of loyalty programs when you give zero shits about your clients?
