You don’t start dexamethasone, Remdesivir and given an experimental antibody cocktail to the President in the setting of low oxygen “dips” unless there’s COVID Pneumonia. What did his chest imaging show? The American people deserve basic information on their President

@carolynporco It must have been the Intravenous bleach. No doubt he will emerge whiter than white( such an improvement in orange mind you).

How could a 74-yo obese man w/ (apparently) other med conditions have so easily/quickly improved after a positive covid diagnosis? Either the med community has the means to kill covid & isn't making them available to the world. Or he's being sent home to die. Or it's all a lie.

BREAKING: Doctor says President Trump could be discharged from the hospital as soon as Monday as his condition continues to improve following positive test for COVID-19. apne.ws/zcx0hAN

@Dave_StarGeezer That’s nice. I’ve been out later, looked promising, got a good view of Syrtis Major and Hellas through eyepiece but far to intermittent for an avi fun. Seeing looked good too. Hey ho.

In a quick clear gap, I just managed to grab a quick image of Mars before the clouds closed up again.

Isn’t it a little ironic that the very nature of the ‘maskless anti-lockdown rally’ is the sort of behaviour that could end up leading to a second national lockdown!? #Echobox=1601129339" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">standard.co.uk/news/london/tr…

@nickdhewitt No variable star stuff. More galaxies, nebulae, clusters, planets/moons (of course), green flashes, migrating whales, birds, etc.

Tweeps... A question for those skywatchers among you: What is the best pair of image stabilized binoculars for astronomical observing? You know: sizable aperture but not too heavy (won't be using a tripod), good image quality, etc. Thank you!

@carolynporco I do hope you enjoy using them. Variable star work? A bit of a change from your old “day” job. Go well!

@nickdhewitt I ordered the Canon 15x50 and also bought a monopod for support when needed. I think exercise for biceps/triceps will be a good outcome of this adventure.

@JANUSZCZAK @bbcarts I really hope they change their minds. I honestly can't think of a presenter who knows so much about paintings and always gives new and illuminating insights. You make art and culture come alive and that is the very best presenting there is. Subject knowledge always wins.

You need to ask Mark Bell at @bbcarts I’m not Oxbridge, so that seems to count against me at the BBC. For arts presenters - Oxbridge is compulsory!
Mark Newman@Mark_BeerArt

@JANUSZCZAK @bbcarts Best one you did was something called "art mysteries" loved the program , my wife loves and she knows lots about art, I loved it and I know a lot less. Humorous, educational, great camera work.....loved the programme...please more..and another please. Like the ....?

In the early 1990s Harry Enfield went from being a part-time milkman to one of our biggest comedy stars. Today at noon on @BBCRadio3 he reprises his Private Passions; a love of Hoffnung and Verdi, from whom he pinched a theme tune.

@PeoplesAstro @instagram Good luck with this Mark! Probably not worth your time and effort. Even my Apple Watch knows where Saturn is right now and it hasn’t got a brain.
