Massive congratulations to everyone in CYP Services at ULHT. Rated Good by the CQC in all domains across both hospital sites. Moving up from Inadequate at Pilgrim and Requires Improvement at Lincoln. A true recognition of everyone’s really hard and patient focus.

Have walked in the shoes of my teams this week finishing with a night shift. As a leader being clinical and in the numbers is a great way to gain real time feedback. Looking forward to our matron assurance meetings to feedback @emmadewey1 @ang08davies @nickedwards_1
