Today I’ve been addressing our new face to face long service invites to incredible colleagues with over 25 years SFH service…the invites total 2150 years of service to @SFHFT including 4 x 45 year awards - how incredible and humbling is that?! @PaulRobinsonNHS 💙

We use robust questioning to filter, which still retains integrity. You get more when you offer trust & support, up front 💛
