@tajjackson3 Unfortunately, the media acknowledging what Bashir did to MJ, would taint the narrative they've been pushing about your uncle for the past two years (in reality, it's been longer). MJ=guilty sells a lot more than MJ=innocent, and money and attention is these people's life blood.

Per @KarmousaG: Finaldi accused Judge Young (and Judge Beckloff) of allowing future children to be abused/harmed by the tentative ruling. Finaldi also claimed that he would not only take the appeal to the district court, but to the Supreme Court if he had to.

#MJFam I just want to clarify that these options are open for HBO. They can appeal to the 9th circuit (the court who just made this decision) with a NEW argument aspect. Or they could try the Supreme Court. Like Hammer said, not likely but they can do this.
