Heading in for physical therapy. First time since the surgery. This whole healing process is frustrating, double so as this is the second time I have to do it, for the same knee. The most annoying part out of all of it is the PICC line, because I can't workout or sweat or get it wet at all. It's amazing how much muscle mass you can lose in such a short time as you get older. Where do the years go.

I'm using fluoride and nano hydroxyapatite separately and limiting food to one meal a day so I don't get any worse problems. Not to mention I'm taking a crap ton of vitamins for Periodontal disease

The house that Celeste was “lured” to, according to prosecutors, was leased by his management company. So the question is: who knew what, and when did they know it? April 23 and 24 were not quiet, uneventful days or nights. David had just performed at Coachella, his album was being released, and a party was being held in his honor. There were people around him, and he was the center of attention. It is difficult to believe he had much time completely alone. Who knew what, and when? But even in the middle of all that, Tony had a gift. He knew how to talk to people. He knew how to get the point across respectfully, accurately, and clearly without making you feel small. He hated fairy tales. He wanted facts. He knew how to bridge divides at a time when everybody seemed determined to build them. He could stand between law enforcement and the community during moments of chaos and actually help people hear each other. That is rare. That is leadership. That is Tony. Dog read Tony his Miranda rights. From there, we became brothers. And I do not use that word lightly. Tony became a part of my daily life. We spoke for hours at a time while he drove across the country for work. He worked hard. He worked constantly. And through all of it, he loved his family with a depth that left no room for doubt. He would do anything for his wife and kids. He did everything for them. He made sure there was food on the table, lights on at home, and a father’s love always within reach. No matter what was happening, if his wife called, if his daughter called, if his son called, he answered. He could be in the middle of the most intense work conversation imaginable and he would still take the call. Family first. That was Tony. But Tony’s idea of family was bigger than blood. Family, to Tony, was also the people he found along the way. The people he chose. The people he protected. The people he refused to abandon. He looked after families that were not technically his responsibility. He took care of people in need who were not his problem. He carried burdens he did not have to carry simply because he believed that if you can help, you do. That was the man. He was tough without being cruel. Honest without being arrogant. Strong without having to prove it every minute. Direct, but kind. Serious when it mattered, funny when it was needed, and loyal in a way that is becoming far too rare in this world. And that is why this hurts the way it does. Because men like Tony do not just pass through your life. They anchor it. They steady it. They leave fingerprints on it. It is hard for me to accept that our daily conversations are over. Hard to accept that the voice on the other end of the phone is gone. Hard to accept that a man who carried so much life in him is no longer here to tell the story the way only he could. I always knew this chapter would end someday. I just never thought it would end like this. Tony taught me many things, but maybe the greatest was this: do not go quietly. Do not let darkness teach you how to become dark. Do not surrender your humanity. Love harder. Fight smarter. Stay standing longer. Unite when the world wants division. Protect what matters. Hold on to joy when life gives you every reason to become bitter. Rage against the dying of the light. Not because you think you can outrun death. But because life is worth defending until the very last breath. I will miss him as a brother. I will remember him as a man who chose courage over comfort, truth over theater, family over ego, and duty over ease. I will remember the calls, the laughter, the warnings, the facts, the loyalty, and the way he stayed standing when lesser men would have folded. To Tony’s family, I am deeply sorry. And again, I ask the public to give them privacy, grace, and room to grieve. And to Tony, my brother: thank you. Thank you for the calls. Thank you for the honesty. Thank you for the warnings. Thank you for the loyalty. Thank you for the love. Thank you for showing all of us what it means to live fully, even knowing how fragile life really is. Your time here was never about going quietly. Really interesting new information in the Nancy Guthrie case. The Bitcoin wallet provided in the two ransom notes has only ever had one small deposit. It was made on Feb 10, and contained a note saying “we are ready to talk. Contact us.” Whoever made this deposit (family or Feds) also attached a link so the ransom sender could reach out (link is now expired). -I’m leaning Feds because this just has to have been a trap. There has been absolutely no activity with that wallet since then. #nancyguthrie
