@ALadyNamedKatie @Hyundai If you had an extended warranty, you wouldn’t be stranded. You’d have a loaner or a rental, they’d reimburse hotels and meals (daily $$ limit), and you’d have roadside assist take you to the dealer. Powertrain warranty is only going to cover the repairs.

Oh hey @Hyundai I’m currently stranded OUT OF STATE BY MYSELF because my transmission blew and now I have to wait until the week of July 15th for a new one THAT’S COVERED BY WARRANTY Meanwhile, I’m having to pay out of pocket for the hotel, the tow, rental, and the diagnostics. I missed reservations and a whole work day being stranded because of this. No loner vehicle either, like I was literally stranded in the middle of the Adirondacks because of this. HOW IS THIS OKAY?!

I genuinely need to know. How does a landlord raise rent 15% in one year, call it "market conditions," and face zero requirements to explain what specifically changed to justify that number? I have to provide pay stubs, references, and a credit check just to be allowed to pay him. He doesn't have to provide anything to charge me more.
