@JPercyTelegraph I feel this is such a tight game, can see it going to extra time and possibly pens. Historic for both clubs.

Very kind. Gen Z Forest supporters don't seem to rate me though. So, a refresher.. No Forest striker has scored more league goals in a top flight season in 117 years. A list including.. Nigel Clough Ian Storey Moore Garry Birtles Teddy Sheringham Pierre Van Hooijdonk Tony Woodcock Chris Wood Trevor Francis Peter Withe Kevin Campbell No Forest footballer has more goal contributions in a Premier League season( 28. 22 goals, 6 assists) I know the old A block and Trent End boys feelings, they know what they saw. But I'm replying to this because there seems to be a thing amongst Gen Z fans who seem to need to validate their own heroes by slagging off those who've gone before. No idea why, maybe they just need to feel their heroes today are as important. They are. But a football club is great because of all who've laid their own brick down, not just those of yesterday or indeed today. Not just Forest, seen it at other clubs.
Oliver Barker@BarkerOliver

@domlikesrabbits @nottmtails @kellsley Hes a Teddy Sheringham, Chris Wood, works for the team and scores some unreal goals... Stan was just special, give him the ball and a yard, and your picking it out the net.

@RobDorsettSky Rightly so imo. Already faced punishment, let them rebuild. A historic club that has been treated poorly by owners. Hope that they bounce back soon!

Full explanation of why #swfc have avoided a 15-point deduction for the start of next season. Great negotiation from David Storch’s team and administrator Begbies Traynor.

@StanCollymore I honestly think Dignes two arms up is more of a natural position then people think. If i wrote the rulebook that wouldn’t lead to a penalty but it is a pen as it stands. It’s a mixture of slowing down, preparing to block his face and trying to avoid touching it if it comes bk

FT 1-0 Lots of huff and puff as you'd expect as 2 teams go to the well at the end of the season. Forest all graft and energy will fancy going to Villa Park and getting the needed result after a hard working and gritty display. Villa woeful in attacking positions. Biggest Watkins fan but his hold up play is poor, if you can't hold it up then there's no platform to build. Buendia a liability, shouldn't be anywhere the team, he literally gives it away under no pressure 90% of the time. Rogers hype train isn't cashing the cheques he thinks he has and in Bogarde a player who's a Disasi in the making if Onana doesn't make the next leg. Konsa best half ( second half) for a while but Digne, a senior in the squad having both arms up is criminal and perhaps telling about this Villa team, technically talented but question marks about fine details. Corners an example. A team ( bear in mind Villa have a set piece guru) who's attacking corners look made up on the hoof. Fine details. Forest weren't at full strength, Villa were and still didn't really lay a glove on them. Ratings/10 Martinez 8 Cash 6 Konsa 7 Pau 6 Digne 5 McGinn 7 Tielemans 6 Onana 7 Rogers 4 Watkins 5 Buendia 1

@JPercyTelegraph Disagree. Lets see where Brighton, Bournemouth Brentford etc are in a generation. Success has a price of you dont get it quite right. The PL has a lot to answer for. Football is no longer a fun spectacle just a means of money wasting for idiotic brainwashed tribal thick fans

Ten years after the fairytale, #lcfc are relegated to League One - a consequence of huge mismanagement, negligence & ruinous decisions. The cycle of football? Absolute rubbish. Completely self-inflicted. Leicester had it all and have totally blown it telegraph.co.uk/football/2026/…

@TrentEndRed01 Coming from a Newcastle fan and Anderson lover he is not worth 80-100 million. Maybe 50 million at most. He’s a good play but that’s been for 1 season.

@schadjoe Willis at $30m is too much. Richardson at $3m is too much. Id rather player out with Ewers and reset, we wont be competitive anyway

For the Miami Dolphins, I like Anthony Richardson at 1-year, $10.8 million more than Malik Willis at $30+ million per season. Ewers, Richardson and Miller/rookie would be interesting camp without big spend.

Almost fell over when I heard Tim Hasselbeck say on ESPN today that Malik Willis could get 40 M a year.... Mina Kimes: "I don't think it makes sense for their timeline. They're going to have very, very little money and there are so many needs on their roster.".. Ewers (if takes a jump) or Ty Simpson or more likely, 2027 draft pick are the logical non stopgap alternatives of course.

It felt to me like both of our two previous appointments this season went as expected #NFFC Ange was doomed from the start. He came into a club in shock, players grieving what they had lost and he didn’t adapt to that reality. Dyche was always going to be steady enough to just keep our heads above water, but would struggle to meet expectation levels. He came in early enough for us to pull away from danger with the squad as his disposal. Progress was needed on top of results because he brought baggage around his style of play. Pereira - I really couldn't say I have any clear feeling about what the final outcome will be. With only 12 games available and other teams in states of flux around us, even doing a decent job could fail in the end. I expect the players will buy in, and the performances will improve. I think we will play well enough to control games and feel like we should win, but there will be errors along the way that cost us points. I expect he will use the quality of our players to take the game to the likes of Burnley, Sunderland & Fulham in a way we probably wouldn't have under Dyche. We might also leave ourselves exposed against Chelsea, Newcastle and Liverpool in a way we probably wouldn't under Dyche. How that translates into results seems impossible to say over just 12 games. We'd all love him to start with such a bounce that relegation quickly seems like a distant fear. I guess because we have been used to the drama for so long, I don't expect it to be that easy, even if in the end we are ok. So, I guess the only feeling I have for sure is that there will be drama. There isn’t much choice now than to be all in. L Here we go!

Cannon Stats Premier League Remaining Fixture Difficulty - final 12 games Arsenal have Chelsea, City, Newcastle left but overall have the 5th Easiest remaining schedule. Man City's schedule is almost perfectly average. No real big advantage or disadvantage here right now.
