There’s no better way to empathize with your users than to get hands on with your own product, especially if you’re going to be designing for them. You can do all the user research and studies, but there’s no substitution for actual hands on w/understanding the basic fundamentals

My AirPods Pro died last week and I ended up using my PC as a daily driver instead of my Macbook Pro as a result. Not as bad as I expected!
Slowly crawling out from underneath a (self imposed) rock. A few things I learned while there: Burn-out is real. Proper healing takes time. Community is vital for long term health.
@jeffreykusters@lamw@vRealizeAuto Correct. We're taking the on-prem VVD design and extending it to use VMC as an additional region to deploy workloads. We use the existing on-prem vROps, vRLI and vRA and extend them into VMC.
