@IamKGB @richardzussman @LifeLabs I do too, but not everyone has email and a printer. And a lot of elderly patients don’t have a smart phone so they can’t email the req to the lab if the one I sent the lab isn’t in their system.

In the last 30 hours I have been on hold with @LifeLabs for more than 8 hours. In that time I have spoken to 3 people. They have all be helpful. But this is a company that needs more call takers. Today I have been disconnected 3 times after 90 minute waits.

@richardzussman @LifeLabs Now they are switching over to booking appointments, so the patients that aren’t computer savvy have to call to book their appointment which is making getting through to them very difficult.
