🧵 AppLovin is now open to ALL DTC brands.
If you're spending $50K+/mo on Meta, you need to read this.
Here's why AppLovin is different (and why brands are seeing better ROI than Meta) 👇
What AppLovin actually is:
Full-screen video ads in mobile games. Not a feed. Not a search result. 100% of the user's attention for 35+ seconds minimum.
The targeting is AI-powered and actually works:
No demographic targeting. No interests. It predicts who will convert based on behavior patterns across millions of data points.
Sounds sketchy? It's not. Brands are seeing 2-4x ROAS consistently.
Attribution is cleaner than Meta:
Click-only. No view-through confusion. 80% of purchases happen within 24 hours. D0 and D7 reporting built in.
Real results we've seen:
- $1.2M in revenue in 6 weeks (beauty brand)
- Became #1 traffic source in <30 days (apparel)
- Outperformed Meta ROI in multiple tests (supplements)
Today it opened to everyone. Which means everyone will be promoting it.
Here's what we're giving to brands that use our code:
- Personal intro to top reps
- $5K ad credits
- Complete launch playbook
- Winning creative library
- Video strategy guides
Why use our code vs. someone else's?
We've already helped 20+ brands launch and scale. We know what works (and what doesn't).
We built the resources we wish existed when we started.
Comment "First" and I'll DM you a link to the complete resource guide shown below + a code to get $5K in ad credits with qualifying spend (must be following).
First-mover advantage is real here. Don't wait until Q4 when inventory gets expensive.

CRITICAL MESSAGE: We are at the inflection point…
I stumbled onto some research when I was asking Manus to give me gaps and trends in my industry.
The info Manus was giving me was so stark, so alarming, that I had to go verify it myself…
The data point Manus dug up was that 95% of agency work can now be automated.
If this was true THOUSANDS of my customers are in trouble and don’t even know it.
So I started testing it myself.
1. Could I automate ad creation?
Yes, and I did.
2. Could I automate analyzing ad campaign data for wins, losses, and next steps?
Yes, and I did.
3. Could I automate landing page conversion optimization?
Frick… yes… this is getting worrisome.
4. But could I automate logging into Google ads or META ads, pull the campaign data, analyze, recommend new ads, push new ads into the account, and pause under performers?
I have NOT (yet), but I’ve figured out how by connecting two MCPs with a MindStudio agent.
All that stands between me automating the entire workload of an agency is learning how to connect MCPs to my campaign manager agent.
If you think I’m smoking some funny stuff, you’re a fool.
Right now clients are beginning to detect that if you are using AI they can use AI.
Right now, today, even yesterday, guys are making $15,000+ setting up AI systems for your clients that replace them needing you.
If you resist this, the next 18mos is going to get harder and harder until you are eventually made a commodity.
Some agencies will still exist. iPhone didn’t replace EVERY photographer- but the industry hasn’t been the same since.
You can either try to hold on to a dead and dying model like the newspapers are now.
Or…
You can join the absolute gold rush of our generation happening right under your feet. Right now, selling AI agents and AI automations is a gravy train. It’s the most in demand product and service of the year for B2B.
Little guys who have no right to be working with Fortune 500’s are landing whales for clients just because it’s that hot.
Your choice.
Resist, hang on, deny.
Or make a small pivot and scoop buckets of gold while you can.
When will you finally catch one of these waves, instead of let it pass you by out of fear?
Comment “I’m in” if you want me to send you a DM showing you the automations I’ve built and how you can use what I’ve built for your clients.
You don’t even need to learn how to build automations or agents, I’ve already built them. You can use mine until you’re capable of creating your own.

Discovered a specific AI jailbreak that reveals psychological triggers big brands use
asked it to analyze 100 viral ads and the pattern is disturbing
turns out every brand that makes billions follows the same 7-step psychological manipulation framework
Nike doesn't sell shoes, they sell identity transformation
Apple doesn't sell phones, they sell social status and belonging
Tesla doesn't sell cars, they sell future-self fantasy
the jailbreak revealed something called "The Subconscious Purchase Pathway"
basically these brands bypass your logical brain and speak directly to your primitive survival instincts
step 1: create manufactured scarcity (your brain thinks you'll die without it) step 2: trigger social proof anxiety (everyone else has it, you're the outcast)
step 3: attach identity to ownership (this product = who you want to become)
step 4: create false urgency (miss this = miss your chance at transformation)
step 5: price anchor manipulation (make expensive seem reasonable)
step 6: pain avoidance positioning (without this you'll suffer/fail/be left behind)
step 7: dopamine anticipation loop (the buying process itself becomes addictive)
tested this framework on a client's funnel
conversion rate went from 3.2% to 31.7% in 8 days
people were buying before they even knew what they were buying
felt like we hacked human psychology
(we basically did)
the scary part? this works on everyone including people who know about it
your rational brain says "I know this is manipulation"
your primitive brain says "but what if I really do need this"
Follow, like, repost and comment "BLUEPRINT" and I'll send you the exact framework + the jailbreak prompt
(use responsibly)
(or don't, idk lmao)

$5K ad audits are dead.
I just killed them with AI.
I’ve built a fully autonomous AI agent that audits your entire META account in seconds.
While agencies are charging $5K+ for ad audits...
My AI does it for free.
I tested this with:
1. 7-figure DTC brands
2. Media buyers spending $50K/day
3. Struggling ecom stores
Their reaction?
‘This found issues our $8K/month agency missed’
Here’s what it analyzes:
- Competitor strategy gaps
- Targeting recommendations
- High-converting hook angles
- Custom creative direction
Just enter your website URL. That’s it.
I’m giving free access to it for today and tomorrow.
Like & comment ‘Arcads Audit’ and I’ll send you access.

@drbarnard Sorry to hear this David- I’ve got a bunch of thoughts about this and have seen how this can turn around. Reach out to me directly and we can setup a time to discuss. You guys should have my contact info. :)

I’m at wits end, posting this publicly hoping someone else has walked a similar path and found answers. (Please share for reach.)
For over a decade I’ve been dealing with seemingly undiagnosable chronic health issues. I larp as a high-functioning human. But I’m not. And it’s all so exhausting.
I’ve seen 15+ doctors and several specialists. And I’m not sure where to go next.
According to pretty much every test that’s ever been run on me, I’m quite healthy. At different points in my journey I’ve had low testosterone, borderline IBS, sleep apnea, pre-diabetes, and other issues, but I’ve resolved all of those over time with lifestyle optimization (sleep, diet, exercise, targeted supplements, etc). I’m also down 50lbs from my heaviest (though I do still have some weight to lose).
The only tests that ever come back out of whack are immune related. I am super reactive to all sorts of environmental allergens and have been on allergy shots for almost 3 years now.
Those helped with acute allergy symptoms, but didn’t help with any of my other symptoms, so I went to an immunologist last year. After several appointments and a bunch of blood work, she basically told me “yeah, your immune system is all out of whack”, but didn’t prescribe anything to help with that or offer any form of solution other than to suggest lifestyle improvements I’d already made.
The main symptoms that persist are extreme brain fog, chronic fatigue, food sensitivity, and days-long bouts of a sort of whole body inflammation where it feels almost like an internal itch/burning/achiness (not in my joints specifically, but it does flare up some joints).
Suspecting it could be an auto-immune condition, I went to a rheumatologist. After several appointments and a bunch of blood work, there seemed to be no sign my symptoms were auto-immune related.
Elimination diets (low FODMAP, low histamine, etc) and even keto sometimes seem to help, but there’s so much randomness to it. I can eat the exact same things two days in a row and one day feel great, the next day feel terrible.
So I went to a gastroenterologist. After several appointments, a colonoscopy, a pill cam study, and a bunch of blood work, my digestive tract seems to be fine.
Which makes me think food reactivity is part of the equation, but not the root cause. And pretty much everyone seems to agree that overly restrictive diets aren’t healthy in the long-run, so I try to not go more than a month or two without starting to expand my diet (or am forced to when I travel). I actually feel best when I don’t eat for an extended time (like only eating one meal a day), but that quickly leaves me fatigued and then wrecks my sleep from being in a severe calorie deficit.
Around the time this all started in ~2012 I had moved into a brand new house that developed a massive mold problem. (x.com/drbarnard/stat…)
My working theory is that living in that moldy environment for 5+ years (and having lived in other moldy homes previously) fried my immune system. The randomness of my ups and downs are reminiscent of Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, where random combinations of things can put people into a flare, but the immunologist I saw assured me I don’t actually have MCAS.
I’ve seen doctors who specialize in mold treatment, but it’s kind of the wild west when you start down that road. I’ve done both blood and urine tests that show massive reactivity to mold, but the tests aren’t widely accepted as valid (and definitely not covered by insurance).
And the treatments are all over the place. The doctor I’m currently seeing has me on potent anti-fungals with the idea that the moldy home caused a systemic fungal infection that is chronically triggering my immune system (and filling my “histamine bucket”, causing me to be overly reactive to other immunological insults). But 2 months in I’m not seeing any difference. Had a flare this week as bad as any I’ve ever had.
A new doctor I saw this week swears by hyperbaric oxygen therapy and suggested I do 60 sessions over the next few months that each take 2 hours (plus 2 hours round trip to get to the clinic) and would cost thousands of dollars. If that’s what it takes, it’s worth it to get my life back, but I’ve been desperate enough to try all sorts of things (supplements, medication, devices, etc) over the years, mostly to no avail, so I’m getting more and more skeptical.
Modern medicine is generally terrible at these sorts of chronic conditions, and there’s so much quackery at the fringes, but I don’t want to give up hope that I can address the root cause(s) and get back to a normal life. Or at least learn how to better manage my symptoms. I do have “good days” (probably still a bad day for normal people), but those have been more fleeting the past couple years (maybe my body having a harder time bouncing back as I close in on 50).
If you are currently, or have previously faced chronic, undiagnosed health conditions, how to you navigate all the BS?
Doctors telling you you’re fine. Quacks and snake oil salesmen preying on your desperation.
Where do I go next for help?
I’ve thought about trying to get into a doctor at one of the big research hospitals, but that’s a long shot and the ones I’ve found seem more focused on research and drug development than treating individuals. Plus, in the scheme of things, I’m not as bad off as a lot of people. I get by, even if most days are a challenge.

@thesamparr Yeah and it’s a brutal feeling - lol. But unlikely that your improv is going to be better and will confuse the listener unless it’s structured that way on purpose, I.e I’m going to riff a bit now at the end of the chapter, etc

@thesamparr La Zingara in Bethel- great food, know the owner and I’ll pick up the check.

@thesamparr The city is a reasonable distance to bring some excitement in and once you have kids (congrats) boring is good (and it'll never be boring with kids). I live 30 mins away from there in Newtown, CT if you ever want to discuss more.
