@TheCelticManor Despite repeated emails and social media contact, I’ve had no response regarding a room service charge that I was told would be removed. £37.95 was taken for poor, inedible service and I am still awaiting acknowledgment. This is not acceptable. Please respond.

@TheCelticManor I’ve emailed Guest Services several times regarding an unresolved room service charge from our stay on 20 Dec but haven’t received any response. I was told the charge would be removed due to poor service, but I was still charged £37.95. can someone look into this?
