@SCsupport FYI - Repeatedly replying to requests for support by telling a customer to take a course of action that is unlikely to lead to a successful resolution or any real action taken is a form of dark pattern

@SCsupport You do realise that your support desk online form is broken, right? See screen grab. And I have previously submitted two requests which you have not responded to. Ticket IDs are: 3053380 and 3055675. All great evidence for my complaint to the EDPS.
