After years of building PHP Monitor, a dev tool used by many developers daily all across the world, I've learned more about Laravel, Swift, and building great dev tools than I ever could have imagined when I made v1.0. Today I've got big personal news 🧵

Sharing this once again because it's MADNESS. I'm sure there are viable technical solutions to deal with bad actors, but the truth is we can't undermine people's privacy en masse intending to find some bad actors. This is a very, very slippery slope. fightchatcontrol.eu

@nicoverbruggen I think it's the first time i'm genuinely disappointed. I'll try again in a couple of months once they've ironed things out, but if it stays this way, I'll consider switching to Linux

@nicoverbruggen Upgraded the day before yesterday, used it for about an hour and then decided to downgrade back to Sequoia. The UI feels subpar in many places, and my machine felt sluggish, even after indexing was done.

Question for the developer community (including folks using phpmon): have you installed macOS Tahoe or are you still on Sequoia? I need to know.
