@MentalidadFeroz What? In my times equality meant that if you do exactly the same good job (example accounting, IT) you will get paid the same amount of money. If you are a woman doing physical labour (rig, mine, construction) and you do less than a man you shouldn't earn the same money.

As all of you that makes you a man is in the sperm. The Y is you. Without the Y you would be a Turner Syndrome woman.
As a woman you are 50/50ing which of the two you are as one X chromosome gets deactivated.
The man is the only true combination. The woman is a clone of either X chromosome.
